25, looked amazing at Saturday Night Live‘s 40th anniversary special on Feb. 15. The “Style” singer joined the star-studded ensemble on the red carpet before taking the stage to perform during the funny night. Of course, Taylor brought her fashion A-game to the red carpet, and we’re obsessed with her pretty blue dress!
Taylor Swift’s ‘SNL 40’ Dress — Stuns In Baby Blue
Taylor really showed up in style! The singer wore the “Palatine” dress from the Spring/Summer 2014 collection. The baby blue cutout mini dress dress was modern yet classic — which is pretty much Tay’s signature style!
The sleeveless, high-neck dress gave us a little peak of skin at the sides, too! It wouldn’t really be Taylor without an embellished touch, and the cutout look was bejeweled around her waist. Absolutely stunning!
Her shoulder length blonde hair was styled in its usual tousled look and her makeup was kept to a minimum. All in all, Taylor looked beautiful, and had one of the best looks of the night.
Taylor Swift Encourages Fans To #Swiftamine During ‘SNL 40′
Taylor has a great sense of humor, and encouraged her fans who are watching SNL 40 to use “#Swiftamine” on social media!
“Swiftamine” refers to the Saturday Night Live skit done in November where SNL star is Dr. Doctor, selling an antihistamine for those experiencing “vertigo” after discovering their newfound love for Taylor’s music. So funny, and definitely a classic!
Taylor even loved the skit herself. The “Blank Space” singer expressed that she was a fan of the skit by sharing a link to it after its debut. It’s no wonder SNL wrote the funny skit about Tay. She gained a ton of new fans after her 1989 success, and she’s still going! Taylor recently released a new music video for “Style” on Feb. 13 which already almost has 10 million views. Way to go, Tay!
